How we get paid
A client fee of £199 is payable as and when documents are received by UK Lending from the client. Should an additional fee be due as the application progresses, the £199 will be deducted from the amount payable upon completion.
An application fee of £299 is payable from professional, experienced or portfolio landlords upon application. This is to cover extensive administration front end, as all lenders will need full information on properties in the background, residential mortgage details and income.
This may increase depending on the complexity of the case and/or multiple property purchases or refinancing to a maximum 2% of loan size.
All fees will be confirmed in writing prior to any loan/mortgage application being completed with the client.
